Our Services
Loom Manufacture
We use the latest wire printing technology and we have a Spectrum Capris 50-200 laser printer. It is designed for processing single core wires and jacketed multi core cables employed in the aerospace and other critical industries.
Box Wiring
We can manufacture boxes of any complexity, with any combination of plugs, switches, relays and matrix blocks. We can arrange for metalwork manufacture, if required, or we are pleased to accept your own metalwork and hardware.
Accellerometers
We have a Beran 402 frequency response analyser which can calibrate accelerometers to UK AS Standards.
Emergency Batteries
We currently manufacture Emergency batteries & lighting only to specific specification and drawings, provided by the client.
Emergency Lighting
The lighting we manufacture is of varying lengths and designs. They are manufactured using LED's and are housed in a water tight housing as above, and potted using RTV Silicone for waterproofing.
Installation Work
In addition to manufacturing we are also able to provide an installation service for Your loom assemblies. We are able to install direct to an aircraft, a galley or your Own equipment.
